AGM 2020/21


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Bradbury School Parent Teacher Association Limited will be held on:
Date: Thursday 26th November 2020
Time: 6:00 pm
Place: The School Hall
For the following purposes:
  1. To receive and consider the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th June, 2019
  2. To appoint the Auditors for the 2020/21 fiscal year, J.B & Co Certified Public Accountants
  3. To elect Executive Committee members for the year 2020/21
  4. To conduct any other ordinary business of the Company
As members of the PTA all parents are invited to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Election of the 2019/20 PTA Executive Committee will take place and all parents are eligible to vote. If you wish to join the PTA Committee or nominate another parent to do so, please contact us by email or come to the PTA office on/before 9th November 2020
The Agenda, Financial Reports and Minutes will be available on the School website (PTA – AGM and PTA Accounts).
