- The full hire charge is payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
- A refundable deposit of HK$1,000 (classrooms)/ HK $2000 (Hall & Gym) is payable which is held against loss of, or damage to fixtures and equipment or for cleaning if the premises are left dirty or littered. The deposit is payable with acceptance of this Agreement Form.
- Due to recent thefts at Bradbury School, our Building Manager now requires companies who let our premises to share the cost of hiring the guard for weekend activities. The cost is $450. If only one group is letting the premises for that day, then they are required to pay the full cost of the guard. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
- The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and actions of any person/s attending the class or function.
- The school is a NO SMOKING building. Hirers are responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of this.
- NO FOOD and DRINK is to be consumed unless by prior arrangement with the school.
- Cancellation of hire by the hirer must be given at least two weeks in advance. A fee of HK$500 will be charged for cancellation.
- If cancellation of hire is made by the school, a full refund will be given.
- Hiring times may not be extended on the day of hire without advance notice.
- The Hirer is responsible for third party insurance. The school accepts no responsibility for the personal possessions of any person hiring the premises.
- Priority will be given to hirers whose activities will benefit the pupils of Bradbury School.
- Access is restricted to the facility hired.
- The maximum number of people who may take part in a function in the School Hall is strictly 350.
- No use of school equipment apart from the classroom tables, chairs and, ordinary whiteboard is allowed.
