POEMS BY STUDENTS IN CLASS 3C ABOUT BRADBURY SCHOOL
|
Bradbury School is very cool,
For you and for me,
And every one at school,
We love our teachers,
And they love every one of us
By: Adelaide Semoli
|
Bradbury School has lots of kids,
For you and me to play with.
Our school is friendly and kind,
With lots of friends we bind.
The teachers we all adore,
And school we do not find a bore!

LAY-BY CAR PARKING
Firstly, thank you to the majority of our parents for avoiding parking their cars in the lay-by outside school at the start and end of the school day. Unfortunately, we still have a few frequent parkers who are parking their cars in the lay-by at the end of the school day. These tend to be mainly drivers employed by parents, who insist on parking/waiting in the bus stop lay-by, usually whilst the helper collects the children from school. The result is that they block access for everyone else to quickly pick-up their children from the lay-by and cause the traffic flow on Stubbs Road to either slow or stop.
PYP NEWS: YEAR 4 PROGRAM OF INQUIRY (POI)
The most significant and distinctive feature of the Primary Years Program is the six transdisciplinary themes. These themes are about issues that have meaning for, and are important, to all of us. The six themes of global significance create a transdisciplinary framework that allows our students to move beyond the confines of learning within subject areas.
